  • What is Scuba diving?

    Scuba diving is a mode of underwater diving where the diver uses a self-contained underwater breathing kit called as scuba, to breathe underwater. Scuba divers carry their own source of breathing gas, allowing them greater freedom to roam underwater freely, and explore the marine life.

The Grand Island

Grand Island is one of the most famous spots in Goa for scuba diving, as it is the nearest to most of the popular beaches of Goa. Scuba at Grand Island may not be the best one due to high crowd and less corals and fishes, but it gives you amazing experience of boat trip into the Sea toward the island.

Dive Goa

This institute is in Candolim, and offers quite a good package for scuba divers. The institute provides scuba diving classes on all levels – beginner, intermediate and expert.

At Malvan

As compared to the Grand Island, scuba diving at Malvan is better due to better frequency of corals and fishes. The Malvan beach is a bit far from Goa, nearly 100 km from Baga beach, but the waters are clear and one can have a disturbance free diving experience.
