Unlike the other busy beaches in Goa, Morjim is more famous for its calm and quietness. The beach is a nesting ground for the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle, and one can expect to see these beautiful creatures, more towards the southern part of the beach. The government is making all efforts to preserve Morjim’s natural habitat and to maintain its tourism in a healthy manner.
