Sharda Classic in Panjim is quite an old restaurant. It is centrally located, spacious and most popular for its seafood even though it serves other cuisines as well. The large windows of the Sharda Classic Panjim restaurant together with well organized furniture make the place look well-lit and ventilated. It is usually quite crowded during the lunch hours.
The food is not just flavorsome but very moderately priced as well that makes it even more popular among the masses. Some of their popular dishes include the fish thali, fish fingers, fish curry and prawns rawa fry. The regional dishes such as Crab xacuti and chicken sukha are a must try as well. Even though the place has a varied menu, it is best known for seafood among its patrons. When you are here, do not miss on trying items King Fish Masala fry, Prawns Rawa fry, Fish Curry, and Chicken Chilly Fry. If you have a palate for North Indian food, do try their Butter Chicken and Chicken Kolapuri. For the fish lovers, there is a fish thali that has several varieties of fish. Vegetarians must not get disappointed too as they will also get a fair number of vegetarian dishes on the menu. The place also has a wide selection in bar menu.

The fish thali is a must try here. You get king fish fry, pomfret fry, prawns curry and tarly fry along with breads and rice. The taste is superb and price is an unbelievable INR 180.

I visited this place on my last trip to Goa. It is centrally located in Panjim that leaves the place crowded often. But they have a very well organized to seating arrangement to accommodate a number of people together. But if you are looking for privacy and a quiet place to dine, this is not the right place. Coming to their food, the seafood is exceptionally good in taste, is fresh and gets full marks from me in presentation as well. I ordered the famous fish thali and was spolt for choice. The food portions were actually appropriate for two people. There were other cuisines on the menu as well but Indian seemed to be more popular among the guests. The food was moderately priced too, will definitely recommend the place to people who are looking for value for money and great taste without much fanfare.
