The OYO Flagship 15227 hotel building reminds one of the Portuguese architecture and is surrounded with greenery. The Calangute beach is quite close to the property while the Fort Aguada Lighthouse is 8 kilometers away. The rooms are basic and provide necessary facilities while the upgraded ones are air conditioned and have TVs as well. Some of the rooms have attached balconies. Children who are below five years of age can stay with an adult for free.

The hotel is made in a very small place, they have maintained it well and tried to give all the facilities to the guests even in the limited space.

OYO Flagship 15227 Calangute Resort Tio happened to us only by chance but it was a good chance. We were a group of five people and our taxi driver suggested this place and we stayed here for two nights. Though the hotel is made in a very small place, they have maintained it well and tried to give all the facilities to the guests even in the limited space. We did not have to ask for anything, everything was available. The rooms and also the bathrooms were clean and tidy and taken care of well. We dined at the restaurant one night and felt the food was overpriced for the quality they served. Just this, else we had a great time.
