The Travel

Palolem beach is located in Canacona city in South Goa, 2.5 kms away from the market town of Chaudi. Though the place is slowly getting commercialized, it is still comparatively less crowded than the other popular beaches of Goa like Baga, Candolim and Calangute. The bus service here is quite frequent, with a Kadamba Transport Corporation (KTC) bus travelling every half an hour between Palolem and Margao.

By Train

The nearest railway station is the Canacona Railway station, which is just 30 minutes away from the Margao railway junction.

By Air

Dabolim airport is the nearest airport to Palolem, which is around 67kms away. For people coming from abroad, the Vasco Da Gama international airport is the nearest.

Things to do

Due to its amazing scenic beauty and calm, serene atmosphere, it is one of the best places in Goa for honeymooners and newly-weds. The beach is famous for long walks along the beach at night and the sunsets and sunrise.
